Spanish Language Trainer (Part-Time/Full-Time, Onsite)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI & IT company looking for a skilled Spanish Language Trainer to deliver high‑quality language training to learners of all levels. The role focuses on improving both general and professional Spanish communication skills for employees working in a corporate, especially IT, environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Spanish training for beginner, intermediate and advanced learners.
• Improve speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, exercises, assessments and practical activities.
• Conduct placement tests and monitor trainee progress.
• Provide practical training in daily conversation, formal communication and workplace Spanish.
• Train learners on professional emails, reports, meeting summaries and presentations in Spanish.
• Support learners in using Spanish for client, vendor and project team communication within IT companies.
• Use interactive methods such as role‑play, real‑world scenarios and group activities.
• Give feedback on fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, writing style and professional etiquette.
• Maintain training records, attendance and progress reports when required.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency (C2 level, CEFR).
• Recognized teaching certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, DELE, SIELE or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of language‑training experience; business‑language experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with adult learners and corporate training preferred.
• Teaching diploma and Spanish‑language teaching certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Languages, Education, Translation, Business Communication or related field preferred.
• Ability to teach different age groups and proficiency levels.
