Spare Parts Warehouse Keeper

About the role

The Spare Parts Warehouse Keeper is responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts and coordinating the flow of materials within the warehouse. The role ensures that parts are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support maintenance and production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Alpha system.
• Update inventory data and generate regular reports in Microsoft Office.
• Analyze inventory trends to identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
• Issue purchase orders and collaborate with the procurement department to obtain required parts.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards before distribution.
• Distribute spare parts to internal teams according to production schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with procurement and production teams.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication skills in English.
