Sr. Associate - Growth & Partnerships (Data)

About the role

MENADevs Data, part of MENADevs, supplies post-training datasets, RL environments, evaluations, annotation and licensed operational data to AI labs and enterprises. This is a high-ownership commercial role with direct exposure to frontier AI work: you will drive revenue by connecting AI and data labs that need high-quality data with companies across MENA that hold it, turning opportunities into signed and recurring partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Supply partnerships end to end: source companies with valuable operational data, run discovery calls and explain how their data is used for AI training and evaluation.
• Translate buyer requirements into target partner profiles and sourcing plans.
• Structure and close agreements, including RFPs and proposals (assess, scope, price).
• Deliver RL environment demos and client-ready sample datasets tailored to each buyer.
• Manage pipeline and CRM: forecasting, deal stages, conversion and weekly reporting.
• Support lab and enterprise buyer relationships from first call through closing and renewal.
• Support evals for enterprise engagements, RL environment scoping and due diligence on data rights, consent, provenance, privacy and regional compliance.
• Contribute market mapping and trend research that feeds pricing and strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years in a high-performance, client-facing role such as enterprise sales, partnerships, sales operations, business development or data deals.
• Strong commercial judgment and pricing experience, with a track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing B2B deals.
• English fluency, with clear, persuasive written proposals and confident communication.
• Nice to have: exposure to AI data markets (post-training, RLHF, evals), data licensing and data privacy; working knowledge of LLM evals or RL environments; Arabic fluency and a US, Europe or MENA network.
