Homes Real Estate is hiring a motivated, high-energy Outdoor Sales Agent to join its professional field team near 7th Circle, Amman. The role suits people who excel at sourcing opportunities on the ground, building strong networks and closing premium property deals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate with clients and follow up until deals are closed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads, build client relationships and close deals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Fully available for a full-time position.
• Presentable, professional appearance, with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
