Storekeeper – Airport Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to support our newly launched Airport Hospitality operation, which includes an Airport Lounge and a Transit Hotel. You will ensure smooth daily operations by managing inventory, receiving goods, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Conduct physical checks for damage, expiry dates, temperature compliance, and product quality.
• Maintain real‑time inventory records and perform regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage of chilled, frozen, and dry goods according to standards.
• Record all stock movements, update GRN and inventory systems, and reconcile invoices with packing lists.
• Reject damaged or incorrect items and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or excess, and coordinate with internal departments for timely supply availability.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and warehouse management standards at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
