Structural Engineer – Design Office

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our Building Projects Design Management Office (DMO) in Amman, Jordan. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary design team on complex building projects, delivering safe, efficient and innovative structural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare structural calculations and detailed drawings for a variety of building types.
• Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers and other design disciplines.
• Apply local and international building codes to ensure compliance.
• Support the design team in developing cost‑effective and constructible solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in structural engineering for building projects.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and BIM tools, particularly Revit.
