Support Analyst

About the role

As an Application Production Support Analyst you will ensure the reliability and availability of critical business applications. You will work closely with development teams to troubleshoot incidents, perform routine maintenance and continuously improve performance and stability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health of production applications.
• Identify, analyse and resolve application issues and incidents.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching and updates.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance performance, reliability and stability.
• Document incident resolutions and track improvements.
• Participate in on‑shift and on‑call rotations for after‑hours support.
• Ensure detailed analysis and troubleshooting for each request.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in application support and IT operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with monitoring tools.
• Scripting and automation experience.
• API integrations.
• Enterprise or middleware support experience.
