System Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a System Integration Specialist with strong expertise in designing and implementing APIs and integrating systems. The ideal candidate will focus on building robust, secure API solutions that enable seamless communication between internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring scalability, security, performance, versioning, and documentation.
• Integrate internal systems with external platforms and third‑party services, managing data exchange processes and guaranteeing reliability.
• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot integration issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain observability through logging.
• Apply security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption) and ensure compliance with integration standards.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to understand integration needs and provide technical support and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in system integration or backend development.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET/.NET Core (or similar backend frameworks).
• Solid experience with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK Stack, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong SQL database skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Basic knowledge of front‑end frameworks (Angular, React) is preferred.
