Systems Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Infrastructure Support team, you will provide both operational and project‑based assistance to TDM Group and its global partners. The role involves handling support requests, resolving incidents and problems, and delivering technical implementations across a wide range of infrastructure technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Address and resolve assigned requests, incidents, and problems within SLA and ITIL standards.
• Identify, diagnose, manage and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and manage IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, virtualization, cloud services and databases.
• Follow TDM Group’s IT processes and security policies.
• Contribute to process improvement, best‑practice development and high‑quality solution delivery.
• Document knowledge, mentor team members and support on‑call rotation.
• Travel on demand as required.

• Server OS administration (Windows and Linux, with emphasis on Linux).
• Infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Public cloud IaaS management (Azure, AWS).
• DevOps practices and tools.
• Database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Networking fundamentals and infrastructure management (monitoring, vulnerability, asset and patch management).
• Identity and Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory).
• Backup, disaster recovery and EDR solutions (Microsoft Defender for Cloud).
• Scripting (cmd, PowerShell, Bash) and Python.
• Infrastructure as Code concepts.
