Systems & Security Engineer – Private AI

About the role

DocX Engine is building a private AI platform for processing invoices and supplier quotations. The Systems & Security Engineer will ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and easy to operate.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure Linux‑based environments for application, AI, and document‑processing workloads.
• Improve deployment, configuration, monitoring, backup, and incident‑response practices.
• Support Docker/container workflows, networking, reverse proxies, authentication, secrets, and access controls.
• Define practical security baselines for private customer deployments and collaborate with engineering on performance and resilience.

Required profile

• Strong Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker/containers, reverse proxies, TLS, authentication, and secrets management.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, backups, hardening, and incident troubleshooting.
• Security‑first mindset with clear documentation habits.
