About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to interpret data, gather stakeholder requirements, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Required profile

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Experience in business analysis and documenting business requirements.
Ability to evaluate and redesign business processes.
Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) are a plus.
Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in diversified or service‑oriented organizations.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience using process‑mapping tools.
