About the role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to interpret data, gather stakeholder requirements, and drive process improvements across the organization.
Required profile
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience in business analysis and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to evaluate and redesign business processes.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) are a plus.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in diversified or service‑oriented organizations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience using process‑mapping tools.
