Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives across its regional operations. The role focuses on improving hiring effectiveness, managing employer branding, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report recruitment metrics such as quality of hire, time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and cost per hire.
• Maintain and enhance the recruitment dashboard for data quality, usability, and leadership reporting.
• Consolidate recruitment budget utilization across markets and business units.
• Manage agency relationships, contracts, performance, and cost.
• Oversee the group‑level employee referral program.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of Hikma’s AI hiring tool.
• Manage employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, including content strategy and analytics.
• Design and deliver structured interviewing training for hiring managers.
• Develop competency‑based interview guidelines and question banks.
• Identify gaps in recruitment policy, draft standards, and ensure fairness and legal compliance across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track and improve recruitment metrics.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies and employee referral programs.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven hiring tools and employer branding platforms.
• Ability to design and deliver training on structured interviewing.
• Knowledge of recruitment policies, standards, and employment law across multiple markets.
