Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Acuative is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing, evaluation, and hiring of top technical talent. This role offers the chance to develop full‑cycle recruiting expertise in a fast‑paced, global IT services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Draft detailed job descriptions and define role requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview panels and keep stakeholders informed.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source‑of‑hire, reporting regularly to the HR Director, EMEA.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of recruiting experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage confidential information and negotiate offers.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Experience using resume databases and job boards.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
