About the role

The Talent & Culture Business Partner works closely with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, covering the full employee lifecycle and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with departmental and organizational goals.
• Collaborate on workforce planning to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Support performance management processes and coach managers.
• Assist in change management and ensure effective communication during transitions.
• Design and implement HR programs in line with global HR strategy.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform decisions and identify trends.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience progressing to a strategic business partner role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
• Experience in change management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS software (Oracle experience is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
