Technical Bid Coordinator – Glass Industry

About the role

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Bid Coordinator to manage the technical aspects of glazing projects. You will act as the primary technical filter for incoming opportunities, ensuring accurate scope identification and smooth bid preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Review bid packages, architectural drawings, specifications and identify technical scope for aluminum, steel, glass and hardware components.
• Act as the technical gatekeeper, evaluating project suitability before forwarding to the estimation team.
• Identify missing information, draft RFIs and track addendums to keep estimates accurate.
• Provide technical support to estimators, prepare quantity take‑offs and verify bid documentation.
• Own and maintain the bid pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all deadlines, documents and CRM associations are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex construction drawings.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with bid managers, estimators and procurement teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying scope changes and technical issues.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM for bid pipeline management.
• Technical drawing analysis (floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules).
• Quantity take‑offs and basic estimating support.
