Technical Solution Manager – WMS, Pudos & Outlets

About the role

The Global D&T Technical Solution Manager – Express bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring technology solutions align with strategic goals. You will lead the design, delivery, and support of comprehensive solutions for warehouse management, PUDO networks, and outlet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose end‑to‑end technical solutions that meet client and internal requirements.
• Develop high‑level and detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Oversee solution delivery from conception through implementation, ensuring seamless operation.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and guarantee on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain system availability and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with business leaders, vendors, solution providers, and end users to gather requirements and provide guidance.
• Communicate solution overviews to both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to validate requirements and with shared services to enhance customer experience.
• Provide feedback and lessons learned for future projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and mentor a team of AMS to ensure best practices and a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in a technical role.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
