Technical Specialist

About the role

The Technical Specialist will own the end‑to‑end delivery and ongoing support of Corporate Banking cash‑management, corporate mobile, API banking and wealth‑management online platforms. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, coordinate with software vendors, manage releases and ensure 24/7 platform availability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and operational requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
• Coordinate development and release activities with external software vendors, ensuring timely and clean deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal IT integration and architecture teams to design optimal solutions.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive issue resolution.
• Manage change‑control processes, approvals and controlled implementation of updates.
• Implement and maintain escalation procedures for high‑priority incidents and service disruptions.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, management and business stakeholders.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to understand priorities and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in a technical role supporting digital banking channels.
• Strong understanding of e‑channel platforms (web and mobile) and basic banking concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Administration, tuning and troubleshooting of Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Knowledge of Apache HTTP Server and IBM HTTP Server.
• Proficiency with IBM AIX and Red Hat Linux operating systems.
