Technical Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Technical Team Lead to guide our engineering team in pioneering autonomous‑agent‑based software development. This full‑time, on‑site position in Amman combines high‑level architectural ownership with hands‑on technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition to autonomous agents as the primary method for delivering engineering work.
• Ensure on‑time delivery against sprint and release deadlines.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical scope, estimates, and risk assessments.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Labiba implementations across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Provide advanced technical support and act as the primary escalation point for complex debugging and performance tuning.
• Enforce Labiba’s coding and architecture standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and own end‑to‑end architecture for production systems, including service boundaries, data flow, integration patterns, high availability, failover, and disaster recovery.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI workflows, LLM‑based systems, or AI‑assisted engineering is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert‑level C# / .NET and .NET Core.
• Expertise with SQL Server.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with RabbitMQ.
• Strong grasp of design patterns, distributed systems, and high‑availability operations.
