Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our Amman office. In this full‑time position you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, present our IT consulting services, qualify leads and arrange follow‑up meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Present 700‑Apps.com’s service portfolio and answer basic client questions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system after each interaction.
• Schedule appointments and hand over qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine scripts and campaign strategies.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets while adhering to company communication standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales or call‑center environments is beneficial.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment, manage time effectively and follow structured scripts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using call tracking tools.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
