Telesales Specialist

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors is looking for a Telesales Specialist to manage customer interactions across several channels. The role ensures timely responses, accurate data management and a high-quality customer experience that supports lead conversion and showroom visits.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, and follow up on leads and inquiries by call, WhatsApp and digital platforms
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM and respond to new leads within service standards
• Qualify leads, explain products accurately and guide customers through their first steps, encouraging showroom visits and test drive bookings
• Support marketing campaigns, test drive events and promotions, and take part in roadshows and showroom activations
• Represent the brand professionally and be available for extended hours or weekends when needed

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in call center, customer service or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused and confident
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and flexibility for extended hours or weekends
• Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage
