About the role

The Telesales Specialist will contact prospective learners, explain the benefits of our online English courses, and guide them through the enrollment process via phone calls.

Key responsibilities

Follow up on leads and educate potential customers about our online English courses.
Conduct phone conversations to present course offerings and answer queries.
Close sales and strive to exceed monthly sales quotas.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

University degree.
Proficient English (speaking, writing, reading).
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Team player with the ability to meet monthly targets.
