About the role
The Telesales Specialist will contact prospective learners, explain the benefits of our online English courses, and guide them through the enrollment process via phone calls.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on leads and educate potential customers about our online English courses.
- Conduct phone conversations to present course offerings and answer queries.
- Close sales and strive to exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Proficient English (speaking, writing, reading).
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Team player with the ability to meet monthly targets.
