Total Rewards Supervisor

About the role

The Total Rewards Supervisor will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with business goals and enhance employee experience. This role combines strategic analysis with operational execution, leveraging digital tools to drive efficiency and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain salary structures and compensation programs.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled and digital solutions for rewards administration.
• Communicate total rewards programs to employees through education and engagement campaigns.
• Support recruitment and retention by ensuring accurate position pricing.
• Analyze compensation surveys and benchmark Umniah’s salary scale annually.
• Forecast budgets for salary increases, allowances, commissions, staff costs and headcount.
• Ensure equal pay and benefits based on experience, skills, gender and performance.
• Calculate and validate monthly commissions for payroll input.
• Review and propose changes to commission schemes, allowances and other compensation programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards.
• Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry, Jordanian Labour Law and compensation best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Finance for Non‑Finance, Compensation & Benefits, or Job Evaluation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HR systems such as Oracle, MenaITech, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with job evaluation tools and systems.
