Tracking Order Specialist (On-site, Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a Tracking Order Specialist to join our Riyadh office. In this full‑time position you will oversee the end‑to‑end order tracking process, ensuring that shipments move smoothly and customers stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor order tracking from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order‑related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery timelines.
• Analyse shipment data to identify and address delays.

Required profile

• Strong order management and processing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Analytical ability to review and interpret order and shipment data.
• Attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with order‑tracking software and related tools.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or order management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
