Traffic Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join Verutti Millano’s Jordan office. The role ensures smooth flow of orders, customer inquiries and internal requests across sales and service channels, supporting our luxury fashion brand’s high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming sales and service requests and prioritize them according to urgency.
• Route requests to the appropriate sales, operations or showroom teams and track progress.
• Maintain and update internal order management and CRM systems with accurate data.
• Prepare basic daily and weekly reports on request volumes, status and resolution times.
• Support store and showroom staff with logistics information and customer communication.
• Collaborate with management to uphold service standards and resolve escalated issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jordan in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Previous experience in retail, logistics coordination or a customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Interest in luxury watches, eyewear or accessories.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience with CRM or order‑management tools.
