Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager drives company values and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to Marriott International’s mission and vision. The role works with property leadership to identify employee and organisational development needs and delivers effective training that supports business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs, ensuring ongoing learning on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop training curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor enrollment and attendance, and evaluate transfer of learning to operational performance.
• Develop training plans and budgets, align programs with business indicators, and manage controllable expenses.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field plus 2 years HR or related experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with certified trainer status (no experience required).
• Certified trainer credential.
