Travel Advisor – Holidays Department

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to join our Holidays Department, creating unforgettable journeys for individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize holiday packages for individual and corporate clients.
• Provide expert travel advice on European destinations and worldwide outbound travel.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, tours, and other travel‑related services.
• Prepare professional quotations and tailor‑made itineraries.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and tourism partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in outbound travel and holiday packages.
• Strong knowledge of European destinations and global leisure travel markets.
• Proven ability to create customized itineraries and travel proposals.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English.
• Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
