VAS Manager

About the role

Network International, the leading FinTech company in the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a VAS Manager for its Jordan market. The role will own the value‑added services (VAS) portfolio, drive P&L performance and bring new data‑driven, advisory and loyalty solutions to merchants and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Own all VAS initiatives and revenue streams in Jordan, transferring successful products from other NI markets.
• Sell data, point‑of‑sale integrated solutions, advisory and loyalty services to merchant and banking clients against clear sales KPIs.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the value proposition for issuers and merchants.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution of solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with local teams and drive high client satisfaction and NPS.
• Navigate an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment, rolling up sleeves to solve complex client problems.

Required profile

• Hunter mentality with a proven track‑record of closing large IT, data or advisory deals.
• Highly collaborative, strategic and customer‑oriented with a disciplined, structured approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to translate client needs into high‑impact solutions for product and delivery teams.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and partnering across functions.
