About the role

Sun Tours is looking for an experienced Visa Advisor to guide clients through visa applications for destinations worldwide. You will ensure accurate documentation, stay current with immigration policies, and deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa requirements, procedures, and supporting documents for multiple countries.
• Review and verify application files for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to resolve queries.
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Handle urgent or complex cases with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel, or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online visa application systems.
• Experience using online appointment booking platforms.
• Familiarity with embassy and consular portals.
