VRF Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

The VRF Air Conditioning Technician will join the Maintenance Department of a busy hotel, ensuring that all air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment operates reliably and efficiently. You will work on a rotating shift schedule, responding to routine maintenance as well as emergency service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF air‑conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair VRF units, identifying technical faults quickly.
• Maintain and service Midea air‑conditioning units and related equipment.
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration rooms and cold rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor system performance to ensure proper cooling and temperature levels.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Air‑Conditioning/HVAC Technician.
• Strong hands‑on experience with VRF air‑conditioning systems.
• Good knowledge of Midea air‑conditioning units.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting cold rooms and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
