Waiter – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join a world‑class hospitality brand as a Waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at a prestigious property in Amman. You will be part of a team that turns ordinary meals into exceptional moments.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and place objects as described.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication skills.
