Waiter – Luxury Hotel Dining Service

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is seeking a full‑time Waiter to join its opening team. You will deliver attentive, personalized food and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring each guest experiences the brand’s renowned hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, explain specials and take accurate orders.
• Serve meals and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Prepare tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Support opening and closing procedures and adhere to health, safety and hygiene guidelines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in restaurant or hotel food‑and‑beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle orders and billing accurately.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a professional presentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (Arabic and additional languages are an advantage).
