Wall Painter

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Wall Painter to maintain and enhance the appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities in our hotel. The role involves delivering high‑quality painting and decorative finishing work that meets Accor and Mövenpick brand standards while ensuring minimal disruption to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior wall painting, touch‑ups, and decorative finishes throughout the property.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, filling cracks, and applying primers.
• Paint guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, meeting rooms, and service areas.
• Ensure color matching and finish quality align with brand specifications.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to paint defects.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete work orders efficiently.
• Observe health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations when handling paints and chemicals.
• Minimize guest disruption by keeping work sites tidy and protected.
• Assist the Engineering team with additional maintenance duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school certificate or vocational training in painting and decorating.
• Minimum 1 year of painting experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and finishing methods.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of painting tools and materials.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time‑management, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts and support operational requirements.
