Workforce Planning & Organizational Design Lead (HR)

About the role

The Workforce Planning & Organizational Design Lead will shape the bank's future talent strategy by developing comprehensive workforce plans and redesigning organizational structures. This senior HR role partners with business units to ensure optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop workforce plans and organizational design models to meet current and future business needs.
• Review and assess existing structures, identify gaps, and recommend changes for effectiveness.
• Design business and target operating models that solve people‑planning challenges.
• Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, competency models, and career paths.
• Manage the full job description lifecycle and perform job evaluation using the Hay Group (Korn Ferry) methodology.
• Carry out workload and capacity studies, and evaluate organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare headcount budgets, forecasts, and support finance liaison.
• Develop workforce management metrics and support data‑driven HR decisions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Country HR, and centers of expertise to align planning initiatives.
• Participate in HR transformation projects and organization‑wide change initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or related HR functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret business plans and data.
• Excellent written communication and business writing skills.
