Accountant (Entry Level)

About the role

The Accountant will support the finance department by handling core accounting tasks, from ledger management to cash flow monitoring. This position is ideal for recent graduates or entry‑level professionals eager to develop a solid foundation in accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing procedures and reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor aging reports, and process invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare financial models, ad‑hoc reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Stay updated on tax laws and support tax filing activities.
• Collaborate on budgeting, variance analysis and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and communicate with vendors and clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or entry‑level professional with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
