Agile Coach / Scrum Master

About the role

Equiti is looking for an Agile Coach who will work from its Amman office to help delivery teams improve flow, collaboration and accountability. The role focuses on embedding pragmatic, context‑aware ways of working rather than enforcing a single framework, supporting continuous improvement and high‑performing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach delivery teams to enhance flow, collaboration, ownership and accountability.
• Facilitate Agile events, coordinate cross‑team planning, track delivery progress and run retrospectives that drive improvement at scale.
• Partner with Product/Tech Leads and Project Managers to align delivery with project and product requirements, resolve blockers and manage dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders regularly to align priorities with business goals, refine backlogs and ensure strategic objectives are met.
• Act as a trusted advisor during delivery challenges, helping teams navigate ambiguity.
• Identify and resolve cross‑team bottlenecks, facilitate collaboration and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Guide teams on Agile practices, framework adaptation, process improvement and maturity development.
• Optimize end‑to‑end flow, eliminate waste, reduce cycle times and streamline coordination across all participants.
• Support evolution of delivery frameworks and coach effective backlog structuring, prioritisation and WIP management within Jira.

Required profile

• Dynamic, detail‑oriented professional with a deep understanding of multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
• Proven ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders across technical and product domains.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive collaboration and alignment.
