AI Data Associate – Arabic

About the role

Amazon is expanding its generative AI capabilities and needs skilled associates to label and evaluate multimodal data in Arabic. As an AI Data Associate you will contribute to the development of large language models by providing high‑quality, confidential annotations across text, speech, audio, image, and video.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon’s data‑privacy policies.
• Label and evaluate a variety of data types—including dialogue, speech, text, audio, image, and video—using internal tools and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality annotated data that meets key performance indicators.
• Analyze root causes of labeling errors, identify patterns, and propose improvements.
• Support daily operational tasks, clarify internal queries, and suggest process enhancements.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong business writing and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and make sound judgments with ambiguous information.
• High attention to detail and capacity to switch between task categories quickly.
