AI Deployment Strategist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Deployment Strategist to lead technical discovery, scope AI use‑cases, and shape proposals that align with client business goals and compliance requirements. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions are realistic, secure, and deliverable.

Key responsibilities

• Run technical discovery sessions to map client data, systems, and AI readiness.
• Translate business pain points into structured, buildable AI use‑cases.
• Define success criteria and evaluation methodology before development starts.
• Draft the technical narrative of proposals, including architecture summary, risk framing, and delivery approach.
• Assess compliance requirements (data residency, security, regulatory) during scoping.
• Partner with Field CTO/Solution Architect to validate technical feasibility within budget and timeline.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships during the pursuit phase.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business and technical functions.
• Maintain qualification and pursuit tracker for the Head of Presales & Solutioning.
• Own change‑management framing for the proposed solution.
• Lead or co‑lead client oral presentations, translating technical scope into a business case.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of technology or solutions consulting experience with deep AI/ML exposure.
• Strong ability to hold credible architecture conversations.
• Expertise in structured discovery methodologies such as design thinking and jobs‑to‑be‑done.
• Working knowledge of AI compliance frameworks (data residency, EU AI Act, sector‑specific rules).
• Familiarity with major cloud AI platforms and open‑source AI tools.
• Understanding of delivery methodology to scope realistic PoC‑to‑production paths.
• Excellent written communication for executive audiences.
• Proven facilitation and active‑listening skills under time pressure.
• Executive‑ready presentation abilities and diplomatic handling of scope‑creep.
