AI Strategy Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to help clients translate AI ambition into actionable, fundable roadmaps. You will work with senior leaders to assess AI maturity, design operating models, and prioritize use‑cases that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI maturity assessments using structured diagnostic frameworks.
• Build multi‑horizon AI roadmaps (12/24/36‑month) that sequence use‑cases by value, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Design AI operating models, including CoE structures, hub‑and‑spoke or federated governance, and funding/chargeback mechanisms.
• Facilitate C‑suite and board workshops to align on AI ambition, risk appetite, and change‑management plans.
• Own AI portfolio management, stage‑gating, and investment reallocation across the pipeline.
• Coach client sponsors to champion AI initiatives and navigate competing executive priorities.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of strategy or management consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI or digital transformation.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML architectures, model types, and data requirements.
• Proven ability to design AI operating models, governance charters, and funding mechanisms.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and turning fuzzy mandates into sequenced plans.
