Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Marketing (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok as an Analyst, Senior Analyst or Associate Manager. You will work on a variety of marketing channels, using experiments, modelling and reporting to improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, generate insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science) from a top university.
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business within a fast‑growing global tech environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
