Senior Analyst – Performance Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, helping to optimise search and social campaigns and build predictive models that drive customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and analyse experiments on text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures across search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, monitor and optimise display campaigns on social channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Process large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and create dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data‑analysis tools such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, VBA, SQL and Tableau.
