Analyst / Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization

About the role
Agoda is looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to drive pricing optimization within its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on search and display campaigns, experiment with bidding strategies, and develop data‑driven models to improve marketing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
- Test, analyze and optimize display campaigns on social channels like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Analyze large experiment datasets, build optimization models and create dashboards for account managers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations for a fast‑growing tech company.
- Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.
