About the role
As a Lead Management Team Coordinator within EY’s Clients & Industries team, you will support the end‑to‑end coordination of client opportunities across the MENA region. You will ensure that proposals, bids and tenders are prepared, tracked and submitted accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate administration and tracking of client opportunities and pursuits.
- Circulate opportunities to relevant Service Line teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines, milestones and submission deadlines.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, documentation and tracking records.
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals, bids and tenders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information.
- Ensure compliance with EY policies, quality and confidentiality standards.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of opportunity management processes.
