About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and approach potential clients.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients.
- Negotiate and present proposals to build relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment or a related field is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience or knowledge in lead generation.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and approach potential clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
