Aviation Logistician SME – Short‑Term Consultancy

About the role

This short‑term consultancy supports the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) in modernising its aviation logistics and human‑capital systems. The consultant will travel to Jordan in July and work on a range of logistics, maintenance and capability‑based planning initiatives through September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Modernise RJAF human‑capital development, logistics organisation, policies and procedures.
• Enhance maintenance and operations functions and embed capability‑based planning.
• Implement the Maritime Operations Focused Assessment (MOFA) plan, fostering a culture of quality.
• Establish a maintenance operations safety programme and improve inventory‑based management.
• Integrate supply and maintenance operations and lay groundwork for an automated logistics management system.

Required profile

• Former O‑6 senior officer with extensive logistics experience.
• Background in data analytics.
• Logistics experience at a Service Headquarters or USAF Air Combat Command.

What we offer

• Up to 240 labour hours between June 1 and September 30 2026.
• Travel to Jordan (July 12‑16) with pre‑ and post‑TDY hours in the CONUS.
