About the role
A Barista engages guests during their visit, receives and serves orders, and ensures the highest brand service standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Receive orders and serve customer requests promptly.
- Create and serve a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks.
- Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well‑prepared service area.
- Efficiently settle all customer accounts and answer guest queries politely.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment.
- Ability to create classic cocktails.
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts, especially on weekends.
- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
