Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Turkish/English) – Amman

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor fluent in Turkish and English to join its Amman team. You will interact with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure service quality meets contractual KPIs while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets or exceeds established KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements, use decision‑support tools, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with callers.
• Greet customers courteously and follow agreed‑upon procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions and update account notes.
• Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.
• Refer customers to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
• 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient or bilingual in Turkish and English.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced, high‑production environments.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.
