Intake Specialist – Bilingual English/Arabic (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Arabic Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our personal‑injury clients. Working remotely, you will qualify leads, answer client questions, and guide cases through the initial intake process before handing them to the pre‑litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor email and chat channels for new leads, set up Filevine projects, and organize contracts, photos and other documents in Dropbox.
• Answer inbound calls with professional customer service, probe potential clients, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members.
• Complete the full intake workflow, register new client information, and send submission emails to the Pre‑Litigation department.
• Follow up on assigned leads, maintain high‑quality interactions, and clean up outdated leads.
• Participate in daily stand‑up, weekly and monthly meetings, and close contracts as needed.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Minimum three years of remote sales or intake experience, preferably with a sales background.
• Experience in personal‑injury law is a plus.
• Reliable PC or laptop with wired internet connection and a noise‑cancelling headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Filevine case‑management software.
• Experience organizing files and documents in Dropbox.
