Budgeting & FP&A Manager

About the role

The Budgeting & FP&A Manager will lead the terminal’s annual budgeting cycle, financial planning, forecasting and management reporting activities. Working closely with all departments, the role provides timely financial insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts across all departments.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with operational teams to collect, validate and consolidate budget inputs and assumptions.
• Monitor budget performance, identify material variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the CFO in preparing Group ExCom reports and financial presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and scenario analysis.
• Review capital expenditure requests and track actual spend against approved budgets.
• Maintain and improve budgeting templates, processes and ERP tools.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for operational and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and management reporting.
• Experience in ports, logistics or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and Arabic language proficiency.
